Experience more of what Custom Maintenance Software can do to enhance your operations.
Based on years of experience in U.S. hospitals providing onsite equipment data collection and verification services, Facilities Survey has designed a CMMS which is easy to use, yet powerful enough to support the compliance needs of facilities managers. Custom Maintenance Software (CMS) provides customized dashboards, which help to streamline the workflow, and the straightforward user interface was designed from the ground up to be the easiest to use in the healthcare industry.
Facilities Survey’s design philosophy is to provide its CMMS users with the information they need without having to jump to different tabs or menus to complete simple tasks, such as assigning or closing out a work order. The one-screen design enables shorter training cycles through the use of standardized formats, with typical technician training classes only needing 2 to 3 hours to complete.
CMS empowers facilities managers by enabling staff to use a variety of tools to capture accurate and timely information, which helps to drive the streamlined compliance reporting for such areas as The Joint Commission’s Elements of Performance for EC.02.03.05 and EC.02.05.07.
CMS’s proprietary EP Dashboard was designed specifically to assist in easily showing a facility’s ongoing compliance with the requirements for fire protection systems and emergency power systems. Simply select a location and a date range, and the graphical interface shows the compliance results broken out by month. Drill-down functionality enables the user to see the individual work order results without cumbersome searches or reports.
With CMS Tech, Facilities Survey’s handheld solution, technicians can use iPads, iPhones, iPod Touches, and Android devices to capture data points which drive the EP Dashboard and other important reporting capabilities. As work is completed, the updated information flows into CMS via your wireless network, while new work orders assigned to that individual flow onto the handheld device. Technicians can also generate new work orders on the fly for those “while you’re here” moments, providing a more accurate representation of the actual amount of work being done.
